As a child in Korea, I woke up each morning to the sound of my father reading classic texts on traditional medicine. Witnessing his dedication inspired me to follow in his footsteps and fully embrace this calling. Over the past 30 years, I’ve committed myself to healing others by combining the best of Eastern and Western medicine. As a clinician, researcher, and teacher, I work in multidisciplinary settings focused on pain, acupuncture, and Asian medicine. I treat every patient as part of my extended family — a philosophy that continues to guide my care and deepen the therapeutic connection I build with each person.
